Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Blushes REVIEW AND SWATCHES

Australis is an Australian brand that can only be purchased in Australia and New Zealand. So unfortunately for those International Girls, you have to find it online or something.

ONTO THE REVIEW.
These are the two i have: RRP $12.95 AUD

Screen Siren
Swatches of each individual colour, First is the bottom brown then
it goes clockwise around the palette.
Last one is the blush swirled and blended out (Like what it will look like on your cheeks.)

Shoot to Thrill (AS YOU CAN SEE, its cracked. but thats because my friend dropped it twice.
These swatches go anti-clockwise. So the first colour is the lightest colour
Then it goes to the next darkest then to the darkest and the final swatch is it swirled together and blended.

Screen Siren: Its a nude-peachy colour with SLIGHT shimmers, like a sheen.
Shoot to Thrill: The lightest colour has gold shimmers and the other two are matte. When swirled together, it makes a nice sheen. (I love gold sheens)

Even though Shoot to Thrill is a nice vibrant colour, on my skintone, it sometimes looks clownish and unnatural. But Screen Siren is a more flattering colour for me (im NC25 in MAC)

FINAL VERDICT
Pigmentation: 10/10
It is very pigmented
Price: 8.5/10
Not too bad since Mac blushes are like more than double the price.
Packaging: 9/10
Looks very good! And the mirror is a definitely a PLUS! But it wasnt sturdy enough to withstand the drop, but it didnt totally shatter!
 Overall: 9/10

 Recommend? YES!
Its very pigmented and you can swirl it in the colours you want and create different blush colours :)

What they look like when i FIRST opened it :)

Essence Silky touch blushes Review + SWATCHES

Essence is one of my favourite brands because of the prices and quality!
So when Essence first hit the shelves in Australia i was super excited when i found about the prices. I mean EVERYTHING in the beauty industry that comes from overseas is always at least 1.5x or double the price and it ends up costing alot.
Even though Essence cosmetics cost more than in the USA, it is doubled but its still a reasonable price.
ANYWAYS onto the review. These are the two colours i have:

30 Secret it Girl
20 Baby Doll

Swatches. Top one is baby doll and the bottom is secret it girl

As you can see from the photos, baby doll has recieved more love.
Baby doll is the PERFECT blush colour for me. It adds a little pink to my cheeks and looks natural but done up at the same time. Its a natural dusty pink with a slight shimmer.
Secret it girl is a peachy colour with silver shimmer.
In the swatches, Baby doll is definitely more pigmented compared to Secret It girl. Baby doll took one swatch to get that pigmentation and Secret It girl needed to be builded up but it is still pigmented!
They cost $4.25 AUD and i love them! They do last long on my cheeks but i think that if you want your blush to stay on your cheeks, it will depend on your foundation since the foundation is the base and if the base comes off, the blush will come off with it.
AND YES they are silky touch blushes and i feel like when i apply them to my cheeks, my cheeks become silky to the touch .. :)

FINAL VERDICT
Pigmentation: 9.5/10
Since Secret it girl wasnt so pigmented, i didnt give it a 10/10 but really, blushes shouldnt be TOO pigmented in my opinion since we dont want the FULL solid colour on our cheeks.
Price: 10/10
For the price of $4.25 the quality is GREAT!
Packaging: 8.5/10
It does look cheap but its $4.25!! Its easy to open and when it closes, its very secure.
Recommend? DEFINITELY !!
I give them a 9/10 overall. Baby doll is my favourtie blush! i choose it over my NARS and MAC blushes and thats saying something!
I definitely suggest you running out to the stores and pick this blush up, ITS GREAT. It also comes in other colours and i will definitely be picking those ones up soon!

CHEAP EBAY BLUSH PALETTE REVIEW + SWATCHES

Hey guys ! SO everyone wants to look good right? and everyone wants a bargain ? OF COURSE!
This is a blush palette that i bought on ebay. It costed me $5.09 AUD FREE SHIPPING !! IT CANNOT GET BETTER THAN THAT! $5 for 10 colours ? YES PLEASE !
So i made the order and it was shipped not long after.
For reference i live in Australia and the shipping was reasonable as it was coming from China. It took just under 2 weeks to arrive. It was nicely bubble-wrapped with a thick layer and nothing was broken ! :) and if you choose to buy the palette after seeing my review, this is the link to the exact one i bought :)
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120683489290

So heres the palette :
LETS NAME THEM !
Top row: 1,2,3,4,5
Bottom row: 6,7,8,9,10

Swatches : (I LOVE THEM) AHAHA :)
The colours are corresponding to the colours in the palette :)

So if you look closely at the palette, blush 7 came powdery, so it was kind of coming over, nothing major ! but thats just a heads up. AND the photo of the palette colour is more accurate than the swatches. The swatches are there to show you the pigmentation. i dont know why the camera didnt pick up the colour of the swatches properly but yeah.

Blush 1: A slightly purple mauve colour with silver shimmers
Blush 2: A beige colour with silver shimmer
Blush 3: Light barbie pink with silver shimmer
Blush 4: A reddish orange colour with silver shimmer but the shimmers in this one seem to be a little bit larger, but not that big
Blush 5: A beigy orange with gold shimmer
Blush 6: A matte blue-toned pink
Blush 7: A bright orange coral colour with silver shimmer
Blush 8: A matte pinkish mauve
Blush 9: A matte barbie hot pink
Blush 10: A light brown with a gold sheen (not yet a shimmer)

Even though they look very good swatched, when applied to the cheeks, not all of them showed up on my cheeks. Im an NC25 for mac, that isnt very dark, but some blushes like blush 10 and blush 2 didnt show up much. But the other colours such as blush 4 and blush 7 and blush 9 was like KAPOWWW ! This palette also does not break me out and it has no smell to it but its rather powdery, when i dip my brush in, it usually has excess powder that lay on top.

MY JUDGEMENT
Packaging: 9/10
I mean theres nothing wrong with it? except that its not as sturdy as other palettes but for $5 !
Price: 10/10
$5.09 for 10 blushes is definitely a bargain!
Pigmentation: 8.5/10
I mean the swatches are vibrant, but on the cheeks, blended out, its not too bad
Recommend? DEFINITELY !!
They do have a variety of matte and shimmer shades and you can buy this palette just to try out colours to see which match you before splurging on other brands.
Overall: I give this palette a 9/10 !
Beauty on a budget is always great!

BOE beauty review

So theres a new brand in BIG W called BOE and everything from that brand is $2 AUD.
So for $2 i decided to try the jumbo wind up lips.

I got it in the colour #22 Boudoir Pink Its kind of a mauve pink and well, its a really nice colour. It looks similar to the revlon balm stains, the Clinique chubby sticks and those Face of Australia jumbo lip crayons so thats why i decided to try it.

When i swatched it on my hand, it came off slightly more pink than it seemed in the tube, the finish was glossy and it seemed pretty nice. But when i applied it on my lips, it sank into the lines of my lips and it seemed to look cakey. It smelt like childrens fake makeup and i just didnt like it. The colour was  great but it wasn't even on my lips. It also did not last and created a weird ring inside on my bottom lip. And as it faded, it was blotchy and looked horrible.

Do i recommend this? no, but you can try it if you like since its just $2

Bottom line
- It smelts bad (like fake makeup)
- It doensnt look good on the lips
- Bad lasting power

i give it a 3/10 because it looked good on my hand but not my lips, which is where its suppose to be applied. It also smelt bad and didn't last but it had a nice colour and it was glossy.
